I had made online appointment at this location and was very pleased with them. When I arrived they went over what they were going to do. I left the store but they kept in contact with me about services done and sent me invoice to my email. It was all taken care of in a timely manner. This will be my Firestone home store from now on!!

I had an excellent experience at Firestone! The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They completed the work quickly and made sure everything was done right. I really appreciated their honesty and great customer service. My vehicle is running great, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend Firestone to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service!

I have been taking my vehicles to the Firestone in Bryan since 2020. They have always provided excellent customer service and phenomenal advice. On more than one occassion they have saved me money and I thoroughly trust them. From oil changes and tires to overall vehicle checks and brakes - I have always been very pleased with their service.

I had some weird issue with my car’s stereo. It was making loud noises randomly. I went to Firestone to have a quick check. They sorted the issue immediately without any charge. Apparently, there is a chip with the sound system, he removed the chip for us and that sorted the issue. My sound system won’t work for now, but hey its an old beater of a car, and i dont need no sound system, i just want it to take me from A to B without any noise. Anyways, they were really quick and helpful and really friendly. Sorted my issue in 5 mins.
